In her words
After cutting my teeth in luxury hospitality, I set up on the place de la Baleine in the heart of Vieux-Lyon, first taking over the Maître Bœuf restaurant in 2009, then succeeding the Monnet and Fournier families at the helm of Aux Trois Maries in May 2012. Our guiding principle: working closely with local producers to serve traditional, flavourful cuisine in refined surroundings, with attentive, professional staff.
This daily commitment carries forward our house and its tradition in the heart of Vieux-Lyon.
