Yes. Full privatisation uses both floors, up to 65 seats (25 on the ground floor and 40 upstairs). You then have the whole house, terrace included depending on the season.

The independent floor seats up to 40 guests. It has its own access, letting you host a group in quiet without interrupting the ground-floor service.
