Steps from Saint-Jean cathedral, on rue des Trois-Maries, our house offers a rare heritage setting: stone, a chequered floor, wall slates and the large painting that gives the bouchon its name. A far better way to mark a client lunch or a team dinner than four meeting-room walls.
No cheap folklore here: the heritage comes through the table and the atmosphere, not through cardboard décor. It's a setting at once authentic and refined, ideal for hosting without overdoing it — a neighbourhood address that lasts because it has stayed true to itself.

Every professional occasion has its format. For a quick working lunch, a table reserved in the heart of the service is enough; for a seminar or a team evening, we privatise a space just for you. The house has two flexible floors that adapt to the size of your event.
The independent floor seats up to 40 guests in a refined atmosphere, away from the main room. For the largest gatherings, full private hire brings together up to 65 guests over both floors — 25 on the ground floor, 40 upstairs. Team meeting, project launch, end-of-year meal: each configuration fits your programme.
